About Funded Rules
Funded Rules is a rules-first research site for traders comparing prop firm evaluations and funded accounts. The aim is simple: help traders understand the conditions that can make or break a challenge before they pay for one.
Our stance: the cheapest discount is not always the best deal. Drawdown rules, payout buffers, daily loss limits, consistency requirements, contract limits, news restrictions and platform/data fees often matter more than headline price.
What we cover
| Area | What we look for |
|---|---|
| Drawdown rules | Static vs trailing drawdown, end-of-day vs intraday tracking, account-high-watermark behaviour. |
| Payout rules | Minimum trading days, payout buffers, consistency checks, first payout timing and withdrawal restrictions. |
| Trading restrictions | News trading, copy trading, automation, overnight/weekend holding, contract limits and scaling rules. |
| Total cost | Challenge price, resets, activation fees, data/platform fees and recurring charges. |
| Risk context | Economic calendar events, macro conditions and account-risk planning tools. |
What we do not do
- We do not provide financial advice or trading signals.
- We do not guarantee that any trader will pass or receive payouts.
- We do not invent discount codes, coupons or affiliate offers.
- We do not rank firms purely by headline challenge price.
Editorial approach
Pages are written to be cautious, practical and rule-aware. When official pages are unclear, blocked, or likely to change, we say so instead of pretending certainty. Reviews are intended as starting points for due diligence — not final decisions.
